Police close off street in Rothwell after 'overnight incident'
A police cordon is in place on a street in Rothwell this morning following an incident in the early hours.
Police said they were called to Wood Lane at 3am to reports of a 'disturbance'.
They were not able to provide any more details or confirm whether anyone had been injured.
Wood Lane remains closed this morning while scenes of crime officers search the area.
