Man wanted by police after thieving charity boxes from Leeds and Bradford businesses

Police want to speak to a man after a series of charity box thefts from businesses in Leeds and Bradford.

Paul Capuvanno is wanted by police in connection with the thefts.

They have made a number of enquiries to locate the 50-year-old man who is believed to be residing in Bradford and has links in BD3.

Mr Capuvanno is of medium build and around 5ft, 9 inches tall.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact PC William Metcalf at Bradford District Police on 101, or by using the contact options on the West Yorkshire Police website.

A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "Police investigating a series of charity box thefts from business premises in Bradford and Leeds would like to speak to Paul Capuvanno in connection with these matters.

"Officers have made numerous enquiries to locate Mr Capuvanno, 50, who is of medium build and around 5ft 9ins tall.

"He is believed to be residing in Bradford and has links to the BD3 area of the city.

"Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact PC William Metcalf at Bradford District Police on 101, or by using the contact options on the West Yorkshire Police website.

"Information can also be reported to the independent charity Crimestoppers."
