Man taken to hospital as police close Arthington Road near Golden Acre Park due to crash

A man has been taken to hospital after a crash near Golden Acre Park.

Police were called to Arthington Road, by the entrance to the park, just before 3pm.

Two vehicles were involved in the crash but there were only minor injuries.

One man was taken to hospital for further treatment.

Police have closed part of the road between the junctions with Kings Lane and Kings Road while they investigate.
