Man seriously injured after being hit by a van on York Road and Duke Street junction in Leeds
The 58-year-old pedestrian was hit by the van at the junction of Duke Street and York Street on Wednesday.
The white Ford Transit van hit the man at around 5.30pm.
The man was taken to Leeds General Infirmary with serious injuries and is in a stable condition.

Hide AdPolice are appealing for witnesses and would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the crash or has any dashcam footage.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was seriously injured in a collision with a van in Leeds city centre.
"A 58-year-old male pedestrian was involved in a collision with a white Ford Transit van at the junction of Duke Street and York Street at 5.28pm yesterday (13/1).
"He was taken to Leeds General Infirmary with serious injuries and is said to be in a stable condition.
