A man has been charged with the murder of his wife after she was found dead at their home in Harehills.

Abida Karim, 39, was found at their house in Hovingham Terrace on Thursday, September 24 at about 5.40am.
She was pounced dead by ambulance staff.
Her husband, Sajid Pervez, aged 37, has been charged with her murder.
He is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates Court on Saturday, September 26.
