Man attacked in West Yorkshire pub toilets


A MAN was seriously injured during an attack in toilets at a West Yorkshire pub.

Police said the 34-year-old man was found unconscious in toilets by staff at the Black Bull Hotel on Market Place, Dewsbury, at around 11pm on Thursday April 28.

The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Detective Constable Shaun Topham of Huddersfield CID, said: “This was a violent assault which left the victim with serious injuries.

“We are appealing to members of the public who were at the pub and noticed anything suspicious to contact the police.
