Police investigating a fatal crash on Leeds Road, Outwood on Tuesday June 9 have charged a man with causing death by dangerous driving.

Adam Badkin, 22 of Lofthouse, Leeds has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, driving whist disqualified and driving with no insurance.

He has been bailed to appear at Leeds Magistrates Court on August 14.
