Police have released this image of a knife-wielding robber who stole a teenager’s phone in a Leeds cemetery.

The victim, a 17-year-old girl, was in Armley Hill Top Cemetery, in Greenhill Road, between 7.20pm and 7.35pm on Sunday, February 23, when she was approached by a woman who asked to borrow her phone.

The woman then snatched the phone from her and pulled out a kitchen knife and threatened her with it before escaping.

She was described as very skinny, about 5ft 5ins tall and aged around 19 to 20. She had dyed blonde hair with dark roots and dark eyes, chapped thin lips and pronounced cheekbones.

The victim said she had a “croaky voice” and was wearing a dark coloured jacket.
