Family of missing Leeds man anxious for information

POLICE are 'very concerned' for the welfare of a 26-year-old Leeds man who has been missing from home for six days.

Dale Andrew Laidlaw, (pictured) from Morley, was last seen at the post office in New York Street in Leeds city centre at about 11.30am on Friday February 26

It is believed he may be sleeping rough in the city centre.

Inspector Lynn Proctor, of Leeds District Police, said: “We are very concerned for Dale’s welfare and his family are anxious to know that he is okay.

“We would like to hear from anyone who has seen him or who has any information that could assist in tracing him.”

Mr Laidlaw is described as slim white man with dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black bottoms, grey and white canvas pumps and a black bobble hat.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at Elland Road via 101, quoting log number 1571 of February 26.
