West Yorkshire Police is concerned for the welfare of missing teenager Shannon Moss.

The teen was reported missing at around 5am on Tuesday from her home in Shipley.

Shannon is mixed race, 5ft 4inches tall and of a thin build with brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a black, red and white jacket with red stripes down the side, with black Nike tracksuit bottoms and black Nike trainers.

West Yorkshire Police and Shannon's family are concerned for her welfare.

A spokesperson from West Yorkshire Police said: "Police are appealing for information to trace missing teenager Shannon Moss.

"Shannon was reported missing at around 5am this morning (8 December) from her home in Shipley.

"She is described as a mixed race female, 5ft 4”, thin build with brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black, red and white jacket with red stripes down the side, with black Nike tracksuit bottoms and black Nike trainers.

"Police and her family have concerns about her welfare."

Anyone who has seen Shannon, or has any information about her whereabouts is being asked to contact the police via 101 quoting log number 151 of 8 December or online via the West Yorkshire Police website.
