GHOSTBUSTERS AT EVERYMAN LEEDS

To get you all in the mood for Halloween, a special late-night screening of Ghostbusters will be held in Leeds.

The movie classic will be shown at Everyman cinema at Trinity Leeds on Saturday, October 24.

REVOLUCION DE CUBA LAUNCH

This new Cuban restaurant and rum bar is finally opening its doors to the public next week.

The £1.5m venue on Call Lane takes over the former Baracoa Luxe bar site and will be set across two floors, with a ‘showpiece’ main bar, two upstairs bars, a stage for live music and room for up to 700 customers.

BATTLE OF THE BANDS

Five Leeds bands will perform at The Light in the Battle of the Bands final.

The event from 5pm to 10pm tomorrow includes a pop-up bar by Tiger Tiger and performances from last year’s winner Issimo and runner-up Benson.

The winner will get to play at a VIP event at the Leeds arena and £1,000 in cash.
