There’s plenty going on in the city centre this bank holiday. Here are our top three events for the bank holiday weekend.
Garden Party at Hifi and Wire
The Garden Party is moving from the Faversham to Hifi and Wire in Leeds city centre, and celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.
Headliners for the event on August 29 and 30 include Roisin Murphy, Little Dragon, Soul II Soul and Talib Kweli.
With after parties and some of the best indie food around, it’s set to be one good weekend.
Pie and Cider Festival at Belgrave Music Hall
The Belgrave Pie and Cider Festival returns on Sunday, August 30.
Take your pick from 30 different ciders, 20 ales and beers and 50 varieties of pies from award-winning butchers.
The tasty festival runs from 11am until late and will take over all three floors of the venue.
