For the last decade this riverside hang-out has been the place to flash the cash in Leeds.
By night Oracle is renowned as a stylish spot where some of the city’s biggest social butterflies spread their wings.
And not long after weary revellers have left, the trendy bar then transforms into its second guise – a swanky restaurant.
The Oracle bar, at Brewery Wharf, has stood the test of time in the transforming city landscape and is celebrating its tenth birthday in style tomorrow.
Co-owner and creator Deborah De Vittoris told City Buzz the last ten years represents a huge milestone.
“The fact that Oracle is still thriving after 10 years is a remarkable achievement,” she said.
“Over the years we have had to deal with a number of hurdles such as the influx of corporate chain bars and restaurants opening in Leeds, the recession and more recently the increased competition in the north of the city.”
And she said the club’s popular Saturday night party, Candypants, has proven popular among national and international audiences after expanding to overseas destinations in Dubai and Marbella.
