Captured on CCTV: Leeds robbery suspects who left shop till worker bloodied

These images have been issued of robbery suspects who left a shop worker with a bloody nose after she was smashed in the face with a till.

Police investigating the incident at Fulton Foods in Middleton released the CCTV pictures and an e-fit image as they continue to hunt the two thieves.

As reported in the YEP on Tuesday, the pair walked into the frozen food shop on Middleton Park Avenue shortly before 4pm on Sunday.

One of the men spoke to the cashier before the other tried to grab the till.

The cashier struggled with the man and was injured when the machine hit her in the face.

The pair ran off but are not thought to have escaped with any cash.

One of the men was in his 30s and white but with a tanned complexion and freckles. He was about 6ft tall, of medium build and appeared to have a lazy left eye as well as short, dark, messy hair.

He was wearing a black jacket with blue trim, dark trousers and dark trainers.

The other was white, in his mid to late 30s, about 5ft 8ins tall and skinny, with stubble and short, greying hair. He wore a dark baseball cap, a brown jacket, jeans and dark shoes.
