Cannabis farm found in Beeston as police search for owners of house

Police have located a cannabis farm in south Leeds.

Officers found the farm at a house in Beeston on Sunday, January 17.

Approximately 75 plants were seized.

Police are making enquiries to find the owners of the house.

A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police's Leeds South team said: "Today, officers from NPT have attended an address in the Beeston area where a cannabis farm was located.

"Around 75 plants have been seized and enquiries are ongoing to trace the occupants of the address.

"If you have any information regarding the cultivation on supply of drugs, please contact your local npt online, via 101 or anonymously via crimestoppers 0800555111"
