Attacker who left man with broken cheekbone sought

A MAN has been left seriously injured after an unprovoked attack in Pudsey.

The 23-year-old victim was walking home alone along Bradford Road, in Pudsey, when he was approached from behind and then punched in the face on Wednesday July 11, at some time between 9.50pm and 10pm.

The victim fell to the ground, having sustained three breaks to his left cheekbone, and the suspect ran away from the scene.

West Yorkshire Police have launched an appeal for further information on the incident.
