Arrest made as police seize cannabis farm in Leeds

Police have made an arrest after a cannabis farm was found in Leeds.

Officers from the Leeds North East Neighborhood Policing Team executed a search warrant in the area.

They found dozens of cannabis plants inside a building. The farm was seized.

In a Facebook post, the team said: "Leeds North East Neighborhood Policing Team have executed a search warrant and seized a cannabis farm.

"One person has been arrested and a number of plants seized."

Officers urged anyone who suspects drug-related activity in Leeds to contact West Yorkshire Police on 101 or contact Fearless charity anonymously.

The team added: "If you suspect drugs tell us and we will follow up on it."
