Commuters hit by delays after M621 crash near Leeds

A COLLISION involving five cars on the M621 east bound in Leeds is causing major delays to commuters on the roads this morning.

West Yorkshire Police said the collision occurred before junction 3 at 7.15am.

An ambulance was called to the scene, but police report that it was a “damage only” incident.

The recovery operation is causing congestion back to junction 27 of the M62 at Birstall, seven miles south west of Leeds city centre.
