Singer and tv presenter, Coleen Nolan is coming back up north to host a charity event - with a little help from her showbiz friends.
She will get them in the mood for dancing with a ball being billed as ‘A Night at the Movies’.
It is at the Leeds Marriott Hotel on Saturday September 17, in aid of Saras Hope Foundation - a charity which provides holidays for children with cancer.
Coleen, a presenter on the day-time TV show ‘Loose Women’, said she was looking forward to coming to Leeds for the first time in years.
She said: “My husband Ray is originally from Leeds and we have friends and relatives here. I have not been back for ages, it will be great to see everyone and how the city has changed.
“I have done Leeds loads of times and the last time was for the reunion tour in 2009.
“Crowds are just so friendly up there, it is a great place and a fantastic city.”
On the night, 2013 X Factor winner, Sam Bailey headlines while Coleen’s son with actor Shane Ritchie performs with the Shane Ritchie junior band. Emmerdale actors will also be at the event. Tickets are £75 VIP three course meal and drinks or £50 for three course meal.
