Class of 1966 reunion memories

Former classmates of Headingley primary school got together to mark their 60th birthdays.

Memories of their time at St Michael’s came flooding back for those attending the Class of 1966 reunion, held recently in the old school.

Organiser Julie Badon (nee Evans) said: “We were all older, greyer and a lot taller than when we last were together - some looked much the same whilst others looked quite different - but it was amazing how the old memories flooded back so easily.

“We began to laugh, natter and share primary school antics that had happened five decades ago.”

Now Julie is organising a spring event. Contact [email protected]
