Bierkeller is serving up a treat this Easter.

The team at the Bierkeller have given their gastropub dishes a quirky twist by adding chocolate to them.

The two-course menu includes smoked salmon served with a white miso and chocolate dressing for starters, and chilli con carne with cacao, kalonji seed, cardamom and coriander rice for mains. Peter Robinson, sales director at the Bierkeller Entertainment Complex, said: “We’re expecting a really busy weekend this bank holiday Easter.

“The chocolate inspired menu is a novel concept and is a quirky way to celebrate Easter.”
