Celebrity judge announced as time runs out for style-conscious homeowners in Leeds

Anglian Home Improvements has announced Sophie Robinson will be guest judge of its Styled By Me Competition, as the entry deadline fast approaches for the UK’s style-conscious homeowners to share their interior design successes.

The leading home improvements company has put a final call out for local homeowners in Leeds to share their home tailoring highlights before Sunday 18 June to be in with a chance of being selected as a Styled By Me winner.

Whether you are passionate about incorporating the very latest trends throughout your property and you enjoy making a statement with you interior style, or you have a flair for transforming living spaces from drab to fab, all are welcome to enter Styled By Me by simply sharing a snap of a particularly impressive area in the home or an entire room.

Each individual entry will be reviewed by much-loved interior stylist and The Great Interior Design Challenge judge, Sophie Robinson. With over 15 years’ experience, Sophie is regarded as an expert with a keen eye for the latest look and high street trends. With a passion to present to live audiences on her special subject of interior designs, Sophie has previously featured as on-screen designer for ITV’s ‘60 minute Makeover’ and Channel 5’s ‘Cowboy Builders’ – she is also set to appear on our TV screens soon as the Interior Designer for DIY SOS!

Commenting on the Styled By Me competition, Sophie Robinson said: “For over 20 years I’ve been lucky enough to eat-sleep-breathe all things interior design, so it is a real honour to judge Anglian’s Styled By Me competition. Not only does it motivate creativity through experimentation within the home, it also gives local Leeds homeowners the confidence to showcase their personality and style through their own interior successes.

“I am a thorough believer that great design should be accessible to all, and Styled By Me allows the nation to share and inspire through their own personal home tailoring achievements.”

Alternatively, photographs can be shared via Twitter, Instagram or Facebook. Simply follow the relevant Anglian Home Improvements social page, include the hashtag #styledbyme and tag @Anglianhome. The entrant’s home town or city must be visible in the post.

Judging will take place after the competition closes on Sunday June 18. A winner will be selected in each of Anglian’s four geographic regions and a national winner will also be announced. With a £500 cash prize for the regional winners and £1,000 for the national winner up for grabs, the successful entrants will be get a helping hand to continue improving and tailoring their homes throughout the summer months.
