Celebrity chef joins Leeds restaurant to celebrate 40th milestone
Celebrity chef Aldo Zilli is cooking up a treat for customers at a Leeds restaurant as it celebrates its 40th birthday.
Diners at San Carlo’s Flying Pizza in Roundhay can tuck into a unique menu by Mr Zilli today, celebrating the best produce from Yorkshire and Italy.
Mr Zilli said: “Which county in the UK could be better to share this with than Yorkshire?
“I love it – you have the best regional produce, from vegetables and fruit to wild boar, rabbit and trout.”
Yorkshire beetroot risotto with gorgonzola is just one of the dishes on the menu.
