'Carriageway defect' causing heavy traffic on M62 in Leeds
Motorists are being warned of heavy congestion after one lane of the M62 was closed due to a 'carriageway defect.
The westbound carriageway between junction 28 for TIngley and junction 27 for Gildersome is currently experiencing heavy congestion due to the defect, with lane one of the main carriageway shut.
Crews are said to be en-route to repair the surface of the carriageway.
