Waste plant task for firm

ENGINEERING firm Clugston Construction has started work on an Energy from Waste plant in Lincolnshire which is part of a £145m scheme.

The company, which has an office in Leeds, is doing the work for Waste Recycling Group who were appointed by Lincolnshire County Council.

The plant will treat up to 150,000 tonnes of household waste per year and reduce the amount of waste going to landfill in the county.

Clugston Construction will be working alongside CNIM on the project.

Work is expected to begin in April.
