JETSETTERS can now travel directly to a new destination from Leeds Bradford Airport.
Rotterdam is the latest city break to be added to the airport’s routes.
Earlier this year, the company added Cologne to their ever-growing list of destinations.
The expansion is in response to the rise in customer demand, with the number of local people booking a short city trip rising by 40 per cent year-on-year.
Steve Heapy, chief executive at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, said: “City trips are certainly increasing in popularity, especially in Yorkshire.”
He added: “It’s our biggest programme yet, giving customers the best possible choice of great value breaks to some of the most popular cities in Europe.
“I’m confident we’ll be seeing further growth over the coming year.”
The latest addition takes the number of Jet2CityBreaks available from Leeds Bradford Airport to 25.
Other popular destinations include Amsterdam, Paris, Pisa, Prague and Rome.
