A major office building in Leeds city centre is ready for business, at a time when demand for top class office space is growing.

Development 21 Queen Street, which has more than 37,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, has been described as the “jewel in the crown of Leeds’ office space” by the company behind it.

Formal Investments, the developer behind the scheme, said it was expecting keen interest in the building. Joint letting agent Richard Thornton, of Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “It is well placed to capitalise on current levels of demand.”

NEWSUBSTANCE created SPIRIT, a structure that will house 3,000 LED lights, use 10km of coloured string, it is 5 metres above the concourse and overall span is 24m x 14m.
