BUSINESS owner Annette Wingate is so grateful for getting the support of Dragon’s Den personality Theo Paphitis that she has named one of her motorhomes after him.

Mr Paphitis backed her Harrogate Motorhomes business on his Small Business Sunday feed on Twitter which brought in £15,000 of new business and lots of interest.

Now Ms Wingate, pictured, will travel to meet the entreprenuer later this month - in the vehicle bearing his name.

It was named Theo in an online competition which won Harrogate resident Anna Glazier a long weekend’s free motorhome hire.

Ms Wingate said: “When the micro-camper arrived we thought it would be a good idea to ask our customers to help us name him, and it was Anna who was first to come up with Theo.

“There were plenty of other great ideas too but Theo seemed the natural choice after all the help we received from the real one.

“I’m not sure we’ll have time to introduce them to each other when we meet up later this month but we’re really excited about the prospect of getting together.”

The company currently has a fleet of seven vehicles and employs four people with further recruitment on the cards soon.
