Leeds Property News: Bellway unveils its ‘Super Six’ for Pudsey development

National homebuilder Bellway is urging people to move quickly and get down to its Wellesley Grange development in Uppermoor, Pudsey, where the final few properties still on sale have been labelled the ‘super six’ by on-site sales advisor, Hilary Goodwin.

The properties enjoy an ideal location just minutes away from Pudsey town centre with all of its ameneties and nearby to local parks and sports facilities.

Hilary said she was confident there would be a lot of interest in the remaining six properties.

She said: “Sometimes there is a fear that the last few homes on a development will be difficult to sell, but here at Wellesley Grange I have no doubt that our ‘super six’ will be gone in no time.

Amongst the ‘super six’ are three Harrogates, the biggest homes available on the development.

The four bedroom detached property is available from just £299,995 and includes a spacious family dining kitchen and a private study as key features.

Buyers can still take advantage of the Government’s controversial Help to Buy scheme when purchasing, meaning they could potentially be purchased with a deposit of just £15,000.

Hilary said: “The Harrogate is a wonderful family home and when you consider it can be bought using the Government’s Help to Buy scheme with a deposit of only £15,000 you can be certain the final three will be snapped up quickly.”

Accompanying the Harrogate in the ‘super six’ are a three bedroom Baildon, a four bedroom Skipton and a four bedroom Bramhope, whose prices range from £229,995 to £239,995.

Each of the ‘super six’ are available on Bellway’s Part-Exchange and Express Mover scheme, which takes the hassle out of moving, while using the Help to Buy scheme allows buyers to purchase one of these homes with as little as a five per cent deposit.

Wellesley Grange is an exclusive development of 81 homes and is located close to Pudsey town centre.
