Leeds city centre hotel scheme gathers pace

A contracter has been appointed to build a new deluxe hotel in the city centre.

Evans Property Group has appointed GMI Construction to develop the 10 storey, 90 bedroom luxury hotel which forms part of Evans’ £20 million pound investment plans for the Bond Court area of Leeds.

GMI Construction is working to an 18 month schedule regarding the scheme.

Leeds City Council granted planning permission for the scheme last year.
