LEEDS-based commercial law firm Lupton Fawcett has welcomed three new solicitors into its commercial property department.
Ian Buckett, Steven Plummer and Anil Champaneri have been recruited from firms in Leeds, Nottingham and Manchester.
Lupton Fawcett's commercial property team has doubled in size over the last 12 months, with its latest recruits taking the number of specialist solicitors in the team up to 13, including six directors.
The department deals in all aspects of commercial property work, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, development, business tenancies, secured lending and corporate support.
Major clients include Royal Bank of Scotland, Skipton Building Society, Card Factory, Motor World and Wilton Developments.
Lupton Fawcett became a limited liability partnership in 2006 and now has 34 directors – the equivalent of partner in a traditional partnership.
