Endless has backed a management buyout of Gradus, in the latest of a string of transactions in its busiest period to date.

The Leeds-based private equity house funded the transaction for Gradus, which was previously owned by Lloyds Banking Group’s Caird Capital.

Commercial interior specialist Gradus now hopes to expand its business internationally to add to its turnover of around £40m. It currently has 300 employees at its Maccesfield site.
