Centre gets new owner

NewRiver Retail has bought Bramley Shopping Centre.

It has been bought along with four other shopping centres across the country at a cost of 53m.

Allan Lockhart, executive property director of NewRiver, said: "The portfolio is an excellent transaction for NewRiver, exactly consistent with the company's investment strategy of targeting food anchored and value retail centres with stable income profiles and low occupational costs."
