Boss says company success down to its staff

A COMPANY boss has paid tribute to his staff who have given 895 years' service to the firm between them.

Managing director of Rawdon-based Airedale International Air Conditioning, Clive Parkman, says the firm's success is down to their hard work and commitment.

The business has 57 employees and 19 have been given long service awards for 20 or more years' service.

Mr Parkman said: "Airedale is thriving because of you. As a company we are lucky to have such extremely dedicated people.

"Our success is all about continuous improvement and reinvesting in our people, our products, our factory and business, with the opportunity for our people to progress."
