A state-of-the-art, multi-million pound scanning clinic has opened in Leeds.

The imaging clinic, which offers MRI, digital X-Ray and ultrasound scans, is based at Thorpe Park and run by LivingCare.

It was officialy opened by Leeds’ triathlete stars Alistair and Jonny Brownlee, who are supported by the firm.

Patients with a sporting injury, or joint problem, can now book an appointment with the healthcare company without being referred by their GP to avoid waiting lists.

Dr Stephen Feldman, medical director at LivingCare, said: “We’ve brought together a team of highly regarded experts in their field and combined them with the latest scanning technology in a purpose-built clinic.”
