TRAINS running between Leeds and Bradford Interchange are to be cancelled for nine days.
Network Rail's work to modernise the track and signalling at the Mill Lane junction will mean that no trains will run into or out of Bradford Interchange for nine days from 11pm today (Friday) to Sunday 2 November.Metro is advising people travelling between Bradford and Leeds to use the service from Bradford Forster Square.
There will be revised train services between Leeds and Halifax, plus replacement bus services.

Bus services to and from Bradford Interchange will not be affected.
Caldervale rail services will be revised to run as follows: Leeds to Manchester Victoria will operate between Halifax and Manchester Victoria only; York to Blackpool North via Halifax services will operate normally between York and Leeds and Halifax and Blackpool. Between Leeds and Halifax trains will be diverted, calling at Brighouse.
Selby - Leeds - Bradford - Wakefield Westgate services will operate in two parts; Selby to Leeds and Huddersfield to Wakefield Westgate.
An hourly Leeds to New Pudsey rail shuttle service, calling at Bramley, will use platform 1 in both directions at both Bramley and New Pudsey stations.
Rail replacement bus services will provide links to and from Bradford as follows: Leeds to Huddersfield calling at Bramley, New Pudsey, Bradford Interchange, Halifax and Brighouse. Leeds to Halifax calling at Bramley*, New Pudsey and Bradford Interchange.
* Some buses will not call at Bramley.
