Boxing club on fire
A fire broke out at a boxing club in the centre of Knaresborough last night.
Fire crews were alerted to the incident at about midnight - engines from Harrogate, Knaresborough and Boroughbridge attended. The fire was extinguished but the building was said to be severely damaged by smoke. The cause of the fire was thought to be electrical.
