LEEDS Rhinos players didn’t pass on the opportunity to help deliver a new state-of-the-art IMAX screen to Vue Leeds on Kirkstall Road.

Vue enlisted 13 Rhinos stars to help manoeuvre the 200kg and 50ft wide by 27ft high screen into place in the auditorium, where it will be installed in time for the grand opening on July 29.

The new theatre will open its doors to Leeds dignitaries and VIPs with an exclusive preview of Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation. The film then goes on general release at the IMAX theatre on July 30. The Vue IMAX cinema is the first of its kind to be installed in any cinema in Leeds and boasts innovative and technologically advanced equipment.
