Bellway enters second phase at popular West Yorkshire development

The Yorkshire division of national homebuilder, Bellway has released the first homes in the second phase of its incredibly popular Harrogate development, Dalesway – and with five of them already reserved in a matter of days, hopes are high that the new phase will be just as successful as the first.

Phase two will comprise a selection of three-bedroom semi-detached and four-bedroom detached homes, amongst them Hambleton and Shipley house types, both of which are currently available to view as show homes on the development.

“We’ve been absolutely blown away by the interest in Dalesway,” said Paula Murdoch, Bellway Yorkshire’s sales manager. “First phase sales were incredible, and with five reservations being taken so quickly from the first phase two release we are now finding ourselves releasing additional homes earlier than originally planned – which believe me is music to the ears of any housebuilder!”

The Dalesway development boasts brilliant transport connections, with the A59 providing a connection to Harrogate town centre in under 10 minutes. Harrogate train station is just a five minute drive away and direct links to the A61 mean you can drive to Leeds in just 35minutes. Children of any age are catered for thanks to the wide variety of primary, high schools and academies within the area, most being under a 10 minute drive away.

As part of the phase two launch, Bellway has announced that the remaining Hambleton, Grassington and Sandringham homes on phase one are now being offered with part exchange available; meaning buyers can now buy Bellway without having to worry about the stresses and strains of selling their current home first. The PX homes available range from £449,995 for the Hambleton to £502,995 for the Sandringham.
