A legendary American Chinese chef was given a lifetime achievement award when he came to Leeds to take part in the World Curry Festival finale.

The award made to Ken Hom OBE was at the close of the festival which has been spicing up Leeds and Bradford for the last fortnight with more than 50 different events.
