Armed police called to Harehills after 'two men seen with guns'
Police searched a house in Harehills after a tip-off that two men had been seen entering the property with guns - only to find it was a hoax call.
The incident happened at 8.20pm on Wednesday evening on Darfield Road.
Several armed response vehicles and officers were sent to the scene but no weapons were found or suspects arrested, and police believe the report to have been a hoax.
On Monday night, shots were fired at a house in Harehills following a street fight which police believe may have been linked. Nobody was injured in the incident.
