Amateur RL: Influential players missing for Marlins home clash with Sharks

MILFORD MARLINS will be without several influential players for tomorrow's National Conference Division One visit of Shaw Cross Sharks.

Tom Wilson will begin a two-match ban and fellow forward Joe Ramsden is away with England Teachers on their tour of Spain. Connor Parr is also unavailable and Richard Hulme suffered a badly broken ankle during a coaching course last weekend. Andy Barker, Macauley Barron and Robin Wilkes are all back in contention.

Lee Gomersall and Lawrence Dibb are set to return for Oulton Raiders away to York Acorn and Zak Schofield has been promoted from the ‘A’ team as Chris Hope is unavailable.

Hunslet Club Parkside play host to Kells in the Premier Division. Mikey Hayward is unavailable and Ryan Campbell and Kelvin Nielson remain sidelined with knee injuries, but prop Luke Pettman and hooker Jamie Bradley could return from injury.

East Leeds are at home to another team who have won their opening two fixtures, Hull Dockers, in Division Two.

Easts – who had four points deducted for failing to fulfil a play-off fixture last year – will give a debut to Ash Holmes, from the second team and Nathan Conroy and Shane Plunkett are back in contention, but Kai Simpson is unavailable.

Hunslet Warriors are at home to Saddleworth Rangers and Stanningley play host to Drighlington.
