12-year-old boy hit by car outside Leeds school
A young child has suffered a serious injury after being hit by a car outside a Leeds school this morning.
The 12-year-old boy was struck on Butcher Hill in West Park, close to Abbey Grange C of E Academy, just before 8am.
He has been taken to hospital with a serious arm injury.
The driver has spoken to police and enquiries are ongoing.
