It follows a Chicken Tonight poll in the Yorkshire Evening Post which revealed many of you were least inspired in the kitchen on a Tuesday.

Melanie Burton, of Bingley, was one of them - she wins £50 of shopping vouchers and new Chicken Tonight sauces in a free draw just for taking part.

But now comes #ChickenTuesday.

Chicken Tonight - produced by Leeds based Symingtons - have teamed up with the YEP to give FIVE lucky winners £100 of shopping vouchers each and they also win their new range of cooking sauces.

Around half cook different dishes for different family members. One in two cook every day. And almost 60 per cent make a chicken dish two or three times a week.
