Jones Homes has today completed the acquisition of a new piece of land in Golcar, Huddersfield. The developer has planning permission for a residential development of 20 new build homes to be known as Meadow View.

Located off Leymoor Road, close to the town centre, the 1.7 acre site will be transformed into an exclusive new residential development comprising a mix of detached and semi-detached homes set in attractively landscaped grounds.

Offering views of the Yorkshire countryside to the rear of the site, the development looks set to be popular with homebuyers looking for an elegant new home in a picturesque location yet close to a thriving town centre.

A selection of three and four bedroom properties will be available, including 12 three bedroom semi-detached homes and nine three and four bedroom detached homes. The properties range in size from 735sq ft to 1,504sq ft. Each one will be built to Jones Homes’ exacting standards and benefit from a luxurious internal specification.

Reflective of the existing local architecture, properties will be finished in stone, artificial stone and render which is in keeping with the inherent charm and character of Golcar and the surrounding Yorkshire villages.

Jones Homes’ regional director, Noel Adams, said: “We’re delighted to receive planning permission for this new site. It will be a fabulous place to live with expertly designed properties that offer pleasing interiors and plenty of living space to suit the discerning family.

There will be a sales presence on site from early 2016. Call 01274 852700 or www.jones-homes.co.uk.
