Pleasingly, several properties are also available through the Government scheme Help to Buy which offers assistance for buyers who only have a small deposit of around 5% through the provision of a 20% equity loan from the Government for those who meet the qualifying criteria. This means that buyers only need to secure up to a 75% mortgage from a bank or building society.

This means that with a Help to Buy shared equity loan you could pay from just £344,000 for the ‘London’ home and £408,000 for the ‘Huxley’.

“Help to Buy is available for properties valued up to £600,000 and providing the criteria is met there is no reason why buyers could not utilise the scheme on one of our larger properties,” said Jan. “However, there are other purchase options available for these homes which our sales adviser will be happy to discuss.”
