There will be a distinct Italian flavour to the new Garnett Wharfe development as it becomes home to a popular restaurant.

David Wilson Homes Yorkshire West division has confirmed that Buon Apps, which is currently based in the Wharfebank Business Centre, will be opening a second riverside restaurant.

Garnett Wharfe sits on the historic site of the Garnett paper mill and the new development comprises 235 homes

Plans are also in place for a Visitor Centre and office space, as well as the restaurant, which will open in February 2017, and will allow residents and the general public to enjoy the stunning views and picturesque landscape, as well as an impressive hydroelectric facility

Garnett Wharfe is a collection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes that are set along the southern side of the river Wharfe in the attractive market town of Otley

Priced from £312,995, these homes benefit from being located in a truly picturesque setting, with homes along the riverbank, open spaces and a pedestrian route leading to Otley town
