THE SECOND phase of CFK Developments successful Farnley Mews new build housing scheme, which comprises of 12 new homes in the village of Menston, has just been released for sale with agent Dacre Son & Hartley, and two of the six available homes have already been reserved off-plan.
All six of the first phase of three and four bedroom homes are sold and occupied and the final four remaining homes range in price from £265,000 to £299,950.
Every home at the development, which is located just off Farnley Road, is being finished to an exceptional standard and includes either a garage or parking area.
Head of new homes at Dacre Son & Hartley John Shaw said: “Farnley Mews is a fantastic development that has really hit the mark with buyers due to its location, build-quality and price.
“The first phase of six stunning homes sold very quickly and having already taken a reservation for two homes in this final phase, we are expecting plenty of interest in the remaining four properties.
“One of the main attractions of Farnley Mews is its location in the popular Wharfedale village of Menston, which is ideally placed for buyers wanting to commute to Leeds, Bradford or Ilkley via its excellent rail link just minutes away from the development. Families keen to live in a thriving community have also been keen to take advantage of the local facilities which include Menston Primary School, St Mary’s Catholic High School as well as local shops, a post office, churches, library and a choice of sports clubs and pubs and restaurants.
“The village also lies close to the popular towns of Guiseley and Ilkley and is surrounded by stunning moorland countryside.”
As part of the scheme, CFK Developments has also delivered a brand new social club with community space for the Menstone Club.
The new club is up and running and proving to be very popular with local residents and community groups.
Philip Cable, managing director of CFK Developments, explained: “Menstone Club has played an integral part in village life for over 90 years and has occupied the site since 1920. By demolishing the old club and developing a modern new clubhouse that provides three snooker tables, community space a lounge and bar area, the village has a tremendous facility that we are confident will stand the test of time and continue to thrive.
“Construction is well underway with phase two and we are delighted that the new homes in Farnley Mews are in such high demand. We are very much looking forward to the build completion, with residents starting to move in spring next year.”
CFK Developments is working on number of new developments across North and West Yorkshire in 2014.
