Award-winning lettings agency Let-Leeds has moved into property sales.
The agency has announced that it is launching a property sales service that will cater especially for property investors and first-time buyers.
Let-Leeds’ property sales arm will run alongside its established lettings business. It will feature flexible sales contracts and special fee offers based on the time it takes a property to sell.
The company took the decision after a successful pilot scheme last year.
Let-Leeds founder Luke Gidney believes that it is important for its sales department to give buyers and sellers the same customer service that has seen Let-Leeds win a string of national lettings awards.
He said: “As a lettings agency, we have established many fantastic relationships with landlords and tenants. Extending Let-Leeds into property sales means that we can build on those relationships and offer our expertise and experience to more people.
“As we are lettings specialists, we are in a position to give detailed, dedicated advice to those looking to invest in the lettings property market.
“Many of our landlords buy and sell properties and tenants often look to buy a property at some point, so this is a logical move for us. We have been asked on many occasions by our tenants and our landlords about buying and selling and so it makes sense to move into property sales.
