Let-Leeds has just been selected by developers to sell over £14.2m worth of city-centre apartments at five huge, new projects.

In recent weeks, the award-winning letting agents have been entrusted to sell 406 brand new apartments in Leeds city centre and Bradford. The Leeds deals alone represent a large proportion of the total new housing stock coming to the market in the city.

Let-Leeds’newly-acquired sales portfolio includes: 106 apartments at X1 Aire in East Street, Leeds, which comprises one and two-bedroom apartments created by award-winning developers X1 Developments.

The latest phase of development at the 20/20 residential complex created in Leeds city centre by developers Pinnacle - 91 of the remaining one and two-bedroom apartments at Pinnacle’s residential, leisure and retail development in Bradford city centre, The Xchange; which was formerly Arndale House. They also have a 72-bedroom, 20-apartment, £3.7m development at 75 Hyde Park Road, Leeds and 20 remaining apartments at the Luxury Student accommodation Trinity Hall in Woodhouse, Leeds.

Luke Gidney, founder of Let-Leeds, said the latest sales instructions are a huge vote of confidence for his company’s specialist investment sales operation; which only opened for business in 2014.

He added: “We have been given the wonderful challenge of selling a huge proportion of this region’s new city-centre accommodation. This portfolio is made up of the most exciting, cutting edge developments currently being created in West Yorkshire. It is pleasing for Let-Leeds from a commercial point of view. But it is also extremely gratifying that some of the UK’s major developers have heard enough good things about the way we work and the sales we achieve that they want us to handle their biggest projects.

“We have always said that we want to play our part in shaping the West Yorkshire property market for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. These latest deals prove that we are playing a significant role in helping this great area’s property sector flourish.”
